1. Legal environment
1.1 AllThatPoker.net is a website built around poker as a strategic game, it accepts the fact that poker is legally classified as gambling, and as such is subject to specific regulations.
1.2 The AllThatPoker.net website (hereinafter referred to as ATP), is operated by Green Comrade Inc. (Mount Fleuri, Mahe Republic of Seychelles, company registration number 096423, represented by director Nicolas Henry Thom).
1.3 The following terms apply to each user that uses the page’s contents, offers and services. All of ATP’s users agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use by registering.
1.4 If a user does not agree with any of these points, he or she has the right to immediately discontinue any further use of the AllThatPoker.
2. General Terms
2.1 You can register only if You are at least 18 years old and meet the legal restrictions and conditions for minimal age according to place of residence. ATP reserves the right to request data, copies of documents from users to adequately and appropriately verify information. It is ATP’s right to block a user's account until the user has provided satisfactory evidence of age and place of residence.
2.2 It’s the user's responsibility to compile with the gaming laws and tax rules according to place of residence. ATP will not give out tax declaration or making any payments in the name of a user.
2.3 You cannot register on the site if Your permanent place of residence is in the U.S., Turkey or Gibraltar.
2.4 Registered users are entitled to all of the ATP site’s offers the services free of charge if its associated conditions are met. This right shall not constitute a binding obligation to the ATP, if appropriate ATP can refuse any service without legal consequences.
2.5 The user has the option to register via ATP to various poker sites that are not operated by ATP. ATP is not responsible for the poker sites’ content or service. The user must comply with the conditions of the poker site. AllThatPoker is not be hold liable for any user’s loss suffered by gambling, may it have been generated by any error.
2.6 Each user has the opportunity to collect ATP loyalty points on the ATP website. ATP points can be obtained only on one’s own right, it is not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash. ATP points can be used as buy-in for tournaments (organized exclusively by ATP), at the website’s gift store, and at the poker school as exam fees by the conditions regulated there. Points are credited once a week (for certain products, once in two weeks)
2.7 The Institute of Allthatpoker poker school is a poker school system developed by the ATP website. All participants agree to the binding rules of the poker school. ATP will provide 500 euros of poker capital in 16 installments during the 16 semesters in the room (chosen by the user) of the poker school, if the user sucessfully solves the task belonging to the transfer. If the user successfully completes the poker school a further EUR 500 starting capital becomes eligible, if the user accepts the associated conditions.
2.8 Every theoretical and practical task of the poker school has to be solved by the user. If the student is using any outside help such as boards, blogs or chatrooms, the user can be excluded from the poker school immidiately.
2.9 Disclosure of the curriculum or any other content, as well as copying these materials are strictly prohibited.
2.9.1 Users are allowed only one registration at ATP and at the partners poker rooms. 2.9.2 Each user is allowed to sgin up for the poker school only once.
2.9.3 If a user does not have any activity in a year on the site, he or she will be deleted from the system and the previously allocated bankroll can be withdrawn, the withdrawal of the capital can only be done if the player has not finished the poker school. The withdrawn funds must not exceed the allocated amount. If the 250% rake/fees percentage has been met on the allocated funds, they cannot be revoked. If the user hasn’t got enough on the poker account the withdrawal does not occur and the user will not have any obligation to fulfill.
2.10 Users can withdraw from the bankroll (provided by ATP) as long they are a member of the poker school, and if the 250% rake/fees percentage is met on the bankroll. The user is free to get the profits generated in the poker if the financial rules of the poker room are followed.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 The Privacy Policy applies to all users.
4 User exclusion
4.1 ATP reserves the right to exclude any user, canceling the user’s registration immidiately. Reasons for his include:
4.2 The user registers on behalf of a 3rd person.
4.3 Giving false information when registering
4.4 Multiple registration
4.5 Disclosing learning material, test questions and answers.
4.6 The user attempts to make a “racke back” deal with a room of the poker school.
4.7 The user’s using ATP’s surface for his or her own marketing purposes or business.
4.8 Ignoring the Terms and Condtitions and Privacy Policy
4.9 Regularly publishing unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise harmful posts on the board.
4.10 Violation of the points in Chapter 6.4
4.11 The user will get a notification via e-mail. ATP’s decision is final and irrevocable, excluding appeals.
5. Username, nickname, public informations and passwords
5.1 Username (nick) is chosen by the user when registering. The user can set in the profile what to share with other members of the community.
5.2 The password for the username is specified by the user, if forgotten a new password can be requested via e-mail.
6. Community Interface / User's responsibility
6.1 The community block is basically a forum for user-generated contents.
6.2 Any opinions, experiences, announcements, words and images can be originated from any user or any other website, therefore any liability is imposed on the person who uploaded it to the AllThatPoker page.
6.3 If a user publishes any content at the ATP site that is copyrighted or otherwise legally protected, the user must bear any responsibility.
6.4 AllThatPoker cannot and does not check on all the content uploaded by users. Prerequisites to upload content:
6.4.1 The user has the rights of the uploaded content or the user has the proper rights to reproduce and upload the content to the ATP.
6.4.2 The uploaded content does not violate any rights of a third party.
6.4.3 The user agrees that the ATP has the right to have the content copy, distribute, disclose, publish, sell, as well as having the right for international use, without any claim for reimbursement by a user or any third party, and such rights shall continue even if this contract is terminated.
6.4.4 Uploading promotional posts, especially for sites having a similar profile than ATP, or links, hyperlinks that are not connected to the ATP’s partner poker rooms, content described in Chapter 4.9, spam, links for programs that are of unknown origin (likely to have been infected with a virues or trojan) are strictly prohibited.
6.4.5 The ATP has an unlimited right (without obligation) regarding the rejection of the content or it’s parts, if it considers this necessary.
6.4.6 Using ATP’s services to distribute pornographic, immoral, dishonest and illegal materials is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to distibute any materials that can be linked to radical or illegal groups. The disregard of these points of the GTC, leads to immediate exclusion.
6.4.7 Causing damage to ATP or violating the point 6.4.6. will lead to legal steps without consideration.
6.5 Multiple violations of chapter 6.4 will result in immediate exclusion from the site.
6.6 ATP’s administrators will remove any content that is described in chapter 6.4. Any content that’s violating ATP’s business policy or the Internet Code of Conduct can be removed.
6.7 If a user detects any improper conduct on behalf of another user, please let us know at info@allthatpoker.net
7 Disclaimer
7.1 If the ATP site makes a reference to another website, for example, by a link to the site, only the referenced service/author or the site responsible for the content of that, certainly not the ATP.
7.2 ATP explicitly distances himself from any illegal, personally harmful, immoral, ethically objectionable or otherwise unacceptable content and shall not be liable for such content. If a user detects any such inappropriate content on this website, he or she is required to inform the ATP immediately. (also see points 4 and 6.4.6)

8. Web Store
8.1 Each user will has the opportunity to use their formerly gained ATP points at the ATP Web Store.
8.2 The only currency accepted int the Web Store are ATP points, users cannot buy in cash.
8.3 The Web Store is not directly operated by ATP. Conditions of the operating companies do apply for the Web Store.
9. Sponsored appearance
9.1 If a user bought a live „buy-in” at the Web Store he or she has to wear the ATP provided sponsorship materials (badges, hats, t-shirt) at the live event. 9.2. If a user as a student at the school gets to a live event via a satellite tournament in the school’s poker room, he or she has to wear the ATP provided sponsorship materials (badges, hats, t-shirt) at the live event.
9.3 The same rules apply to all of the ATP provided sponsorship materials (given under any circumstance) at live competitions.
10. Copyright
10.1 Each article on the ATP website, text and images and their arrangement are protected by copyright. Users are allowed to use the content on the site, for personal use.
10.2 ATP’s content is not available for disclosure or business purposes without written permission.
11. Friendly Invite program
11.1 It is possible to attend the Friend Invite program.
11.2 If inviting a friend the user is entitled to points int he ATP point system.
12. Partner Program
12.1 The ATP site operates a partner program, which provides an opportunity for other website owners to cooperate with ATP.
12.2 Special rules apply to the participating partner companies and individuals in terms of partner participation, which are regulated separately in the Partner Program.
13. Final Provisions
13.1 The governing law is always the respective national legislation of the Green Inc. Comrade’s headquarters, and the home jurisdiction of the court as well.
13.2 Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applies to each user by accepting the registration, without the specific consent.
13.3 Terms of Use and Privacy Statement can be altered unilaterally by the ATP, but ATP has to notice the users.
13.4 Registered users are automatically registered in the newsletter structure. The users can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time without consequences.
